Patient Survey Feedback

We would like to thank all who participated in our patient satisfaction survey. Your feedback has been duly noted.

The main issue our patients were concerned about was the lack of waiting room. To rectify the concern, we now allow our patients to wait inside while bearing in mind that we all still need to continue complying with Covid-19 policies. We are still required to keep 1.5m distance and to follow the 4m sq rule.

We now have 4 seats inside, these are only for patients who have a doctor's appointment. If you would like to bring your spouse or children, or anyone else who does not have an appointment, please wait outside as we are unable to provide them with any seating. Patient's carers are welcome to wait inside.

We also ask that those with a 9.15am appointment arrive no earlier than 9.10am. This is to ensure privacy and confidentiality of our morning handover meetings.
