Billing Arrangements
We are a mixed billing practice. Payment at the time of consultation is required and can be made by cash or EFTPOS. We currently bulk bill children 17 years and under and seniors aged 75 and over. Please note the new fee schedule is in effect from 1st November 2022.

Workers Compensation
Patient is responsible for settling account after each consultation. Fees are as per https://www.workcover.nsw.gov.au
Warrumbungle Medical Centre will not take on workers compensation cases that have been initiated elsewhere or by other doctors.
If new patients attend the practice, we will NOT take on workers compensation matters in progress.

Complex dressings may incur a higher fee but your doctor or nurse will advise you prior. Free dressings are available through the community health centre.

Non-Attendance Fee
Patients who fail to cancel or attend their booked appointment will be billed and further appointments will not be made until the non-attendance fee is paid in full.

Please allow a minimum of 3 hours notice for cancellation of booked appointment. Cancellation within 3 hours of booked appointment will incur the following fees and
